Privacy

When you place an order we store your name, email address, optional phone number, the pass details you chose, your first travel date and any notes you add. That is the minimum needed to issue a pass and contact you about it.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. Basic aggregate analytics tell us which pages are read; they do not identify you.

We never see or store card numbers. Payment links are handled by the payment provider, and bank transfers go through your bank.

Some outbound links to Amazon, Tiqets and GetYourGuide carry an affiliate tag. If you buy through one, that partner records the referral. We receive a commission and no personal information about you.

Order records are kept for six years, which is the period tax rules require. Enquiry emails are deleted after twelve months.

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email privacy@italianrailpass.com and we will respond within thirty days.
